TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective date: October 1, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern purchases from and use of www.thechristmasbridge.com, operated by Magicae Matres, LLC, doing business as The Christmas Bridge (“The Christmas Bridge,” “we,” “us” or “our”).
By using the website, placing an order or activating an access code, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website, purchase a product or access the guided journey.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live to place an order, create a customer account or activate the guided journey.
The Christmas Bridge experience is intended to be purchased, initiated and supervised by a parent or legal guardian. Children should not create accounts, make purchases, enter access codes without adult supervision or submit personal information through the website.
2. The Christmas Bridge Experience
A purchase may include:
- A blanket
- A bracelet
- Printed materials or packaging
- An access code
- Access to a private guided digital journey
The physical products and digital journey are sold together as a combined experience unless a product description specifically states otherwise.
Product photographs, colors and packaging are presented as accurately as reasonably possible. The appearance of colors may vary depending on the customer’s screen, lighting and device. We may make minor changes to packaging or presentation that do not materially alter the purchased experience.
3. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the products in the order. An automated order-confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean we have accepted the order.
We may decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of:
- Product unavailability
- An incorrect price or product description
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
- Shipping restrictions
- An error affecting inventory or checkout
- Violation of these Terms
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.
We may limit quantities purchased by one person, household, account, payment method or shipping address.
4. Prices, Taxes and Payment
Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges, sales taxes and other applicable charges will be shown during checkout before the order is submitted.
Payment is processed by the payment methods available during checkout. Customers represent that they are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the submitted billing information is accurate.
Payment processing is also subject to the terms and privacy practices of the applicable payment provider.
We may correct pricing or description errors. If a correction materially affects an order that has already been submitted, we will contact the purchaser and provide an opportunity to confirm or cancel the order.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Available shipping methods, charges and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout or described on the website.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly identified as guaranteed. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility when permitted by law.
If we learn that we cannot ship within the promised period, we will notify the purchaser and provide the choices required by applicable law, which may include accepting a revised shipping date or cancelling for a refund.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, but this does not limit any cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law.
Customers should inspect packages promptly and report damaged, defective, missing or incorrect items according to our Refund and Return Policy.
6. Access Codes
Each qualifying purchase includes an access code for the private guided journey.
Unless otherwise stated:
- An access code may be successfully entered up to 50 times.
- The code stops providing access after reaching its permitted-use limit.
- The code is intended for the purchaser, gift recipient and their household.
- The code may not be posted publicly, sold separately, commercially distributed or used to provide access to unrelated households or groups.
- Access codes have no cash value.
- An access code does not transfer ownership of the digital content.
We may suspend or deactivate a code when reasonably necessary to address fraud, public distribution, misuse, a return, a refund, a chargeback, a security threat or a violation of these Terms.
If a working code fails before reaching its permitted-use limit, contact us at [customer-service email address]. We may review usage records and provide appropriate assistance.
Customers are responsible for keeping their access codes secure. We are not responsible for uses resulting from a customer voluntarily publishing or distributing a code.
7. Digital Journey License
Activation of an access code grants the authorized household a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to view and use the guided journey for personal, noncommercial family use.
Customers may not:
- Copy, reproduce or republish the journey
- Record or distribute substantial portions of its text, audio, video or visual content
- Sell, sublicense or commercially display it
- Circumvent access controls
- Attempt to discover or misuse other access codes
- Interfere with the website or its security
- Use automated tools to extract website content
- Use the content to create a competing product or service
All rights not expressly granted remain with The Christmas Bridge or the applicable rights holder.
8. Parent and Guardian Responsibility
The guided journey is designed as a family experience led and supervised by an adult. Parents and guardians are responsible for deciding whether its themes and activities are appropriate for their child and family circumstances.
The Christmas Bridge provides storytelling, family-reflection and ritual content. It is not medical care, mental-health treatment, counseling, therapy, educational assessment or professional advice. It is not a substitute for assistance from a qualified health, mental-health, legal, educational or other professional.
A responsible adult should supervise a child’s use of the blanket, bracelet, website and guided activities and should follow any safety information provided with the products.
9. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Returns, refunds, replacements and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, available at [link to policy].
Because the purchase includes protected digital content, ordinary return eligibility may end when the access code is activated or used. This restriction does not eliminate rights concerning products that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect, or any rights that cannot legally be limited.
Customers should review the Refund and Returns Policy before activating the access code.
10. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy, available at https://thechristmasbridge.com/privacy-policy.
By using the website, customers acknowledge that necessary technical information may be processed to operate the store, validate access codes, maintain security and provide the guided journey.
11. Customer Accounts
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activity occurring through their accounts.
Information provided when creating or using an account must be accurate and current. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account activity.
We may suspend or close an account that is used fraudulently, threatens website security or materially violates these Terms.
12. Intellectual Property
The Christmas Bridge name, branding, artwork, photographs, designs, written materials, guided journey, website content and other original materials are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing a product does not grant permission to reproduce or commercially use these materials.
Customers may share ordinary photographs of their purchased physical products and personal family experience, provided the sharing does not reproduce substantial protected journey content, disclose access codes or suggest an unauthorized business relationship with us.
13. Website Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the website and guided journey available. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, updates, internet outages, hosting problems, security concerns or circumstances outside our control.
We may update the journey or website when reasonably necessary, provided that an update does not improperly deprive a customer of a material part of the purchased experience.
Internet access and a compatible browser or device are required to use the digital journey. Customers are responsible for their own internet service and equipment.
14. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may use or link to services operated by payment processors, shipping providers, social networks or other third parties.
We do not control third-party websites or services. Their use may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
15. Disclaimers
We make reasonable efforts to describe and provide our products accurately.
Except for express promises stated in these Terms, the product description or applicable law, the website, physical products and digital journey are provided on an “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties that may legally be excluded. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, consumer protections or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Christmas Bridge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages arising from use of the website, products, access codes or guided journey.
Where liability may legally be limited, our aggregate liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another jurisdiction’s consumer-protection laws must apply.
Before filing a formal claim, the customer and The Christmas Bridge agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the matter by contacting one another and allowing a reasonable opportunity to respond.
Any legal proceeding that may validly be limited to a particular location will be brought in the appropriate courts serving Cheatham County, TN.
Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising rights that cannot legally be restricted.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when our products, services or legal obligations change. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date.
Terms in effect when an order is submitted will generally govern that order, except where a later change is required by law or expressly accepted by the customer.
19. Severability and Waiver
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
A failure to enforce one provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.
